I’m Jon Lanese, a proud owner of a concrete company serving Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and Ventura counties for over 20 years. With decades of hands-on experience, I specialize in delivering durable, high-quality concrete solutions for both residential and commercial projects. My background in the military instilled a commitment to discipline, reliability, and attention to detail—values I bring to every job. I take pride in building strong foundations that last, both in concrete and in relationships with my clients.

For the past four years, I have been contracted by the State of California to help develop and edit examination questions for the C-8 Concrete Contractor licensing exam.
